Tower type parking
Designed to accommodate passenger cars such as sedan or jeep. For vertical movement of the car, a high-speed lifting device is used, to the left and right of which parking spaces are located.
The structure is metal-framed and is located in the building./structures or is attached closely to them. The structure can be sewn with glass, polycarbonate, painted siding. The metal structure is treated with hot-dip galvanizing to ensure maximum service life.

The maximum values of the climatic environmental factors for the equipment range from minus 25 to plus 40 ° C.
The equipment is not intended for use in fire-hazardous and explosive environments.
The parking slot is determined automatically by the control system. It depends on the size of the car and the availability of free parking spaces for these dimensions. The vehicle is lifted and lowered on a carriage that moves along vertical rails. The carriage is driven by the main drive, using traction chains. The movement of parking spaces to the central area and back (loading and unloading of cars) is carried out by gear motors of the drive beams only in the horizontal plane.

Dependent type parking for two cars

The platform is designed to accommodate workers and materials when performing various tasks for facade work in new construction, reconstruction of buildings, installation of technological walls, installation of windows, etc. Also, using platforms, it is possible to repair and build bridges, dams, factory pipes, columns. Platforms can be used both outside and inside the building.
The structure of the platform and the main nodes of the platform:

a base with a fixed lower frame of the mast, on which the platform mast is mounted;
four extendable pivotable supports to ensure the stability of the platform during operation;
A platform with actuators and a catcher is installed on the mast.;
the platform is equipped with a wheel drive, which ensures the horizontal movement of the platform along the facade of the building;
The mast of the PRM-20 platform is fully unified with the mast of the PMGP-1500/2000 lifts.
The platform design is modular, it is assembled from sections and allows you to get the total length of the platform from 3 to 13 m.
The wheel travel moves the platform within the object, without resorting to lifting and other means.
The mast is also sectional and allows for a platform lifting height of up to 100 m, and the mast is installed without the use of additional lifting mechanisms, due to the supplied mounting crane.
For installation, you do not need to make a special foundation, but only provide a flat area with the necessary soil compaction.
It takes 75% less time to install and dismantle the platform compared to scaffolding. At the same time, lifting loads and workers is ensured, which significantly increases the safety of work.
Hydraulic cargo lift
It is intended for transportation of goods (unaccompanied by people) on construction sites, in warehouses, commercial and other buildings from one level to another.
The lift is powered by an alternating current network with a frequency of 50 Hz and a voltage of 380 V. It can be operated
in areas with temperate and cold climates,
places with seismicity up to and including 6 points,
at an altitude of no more than 2000 m above sea level.
The elevator is installed in the shaft. It is possible to manufacture a lift, both with an impassable platform and with a walk-through. With a walk-through platform, the shaft doors can be located either on opposite sides or on adjacent ones. A lift with access to three sides is also possible.
The lift is not designed for operation:

in buildings and premises classified as categories A and B for explosion and fire hazards, as well as in explosive and fire-hazardous zones according to PUE-6 and PUE-7;
in an environment saturated with dust, aggressive vapors;
in conditions that cause droplets, frost, or icing of the equipment.
The maximum values of the climatic environmental factors during the operation of the lift are:
air temperature from +1 ° C to +40 ° C;
The upper value of relative humidity is 80% at a temperature of +25 ° C.

The cabin is welded from high-quality steel profiles, the lower part of the walls is sewn with aluminum sheet, the upper part is made of impact-resistant polycarbonate. The entrance and exit doors are vertically sliding with electromechanical closing control. The doors can only be opened at the bus stop.
The drive unit is mounted on a carriage above the roof of the cabin and consists of two (for a 1500 kg g/n lift) or three (for a 2000 kg g/n lift) gearboxes equipped with electric motors with a normally closed electromagnetic brake. The gears of the drive unit interact with the rack mounted on the mast sections. If necessary, the brakes can be released manually.
The catcher is one of the main safety devices. A smooth braking (friction) trap is installed on the lifts, powered by a built-in centrifugal type speed limiter. The speed limiter activates the trap when the rated downward speed of the cabin is exceeded within 15−40%. A switch is installed inside the trap that disconnects the electrical safety circuit of the lifter when the trap is triggered.
The mast section is a rectangular prismatic-type structure with a height of 1508 mm, welded from pipes of circular cross-section. The connection size along the pipe centers is 650×650 mm. A toothed rack is mounted on each section. The section has a corrosion-resistant hot zinc coating.
limit switches and safety switches ensure safe and trouble-free operation. All switches are protected from mechanical influences and moisture not lower than IP54.
The lift is operated in the operating mode from the cabin. The lift can only move and stop at the command of the maintenance personnel. The elevator cabin stops at the desired site by pressing the "Stop at the next site" button after the cabin passes the previous site. The lift is controlled by remote control panels during installation and testing of the catcher.
Sidewalk cargo lift

We supply sidewalk lifts with a lifting capacity of 500 kg. The lifts comply with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of machinery and equipment" TR CU 010/2011.
Designed for transporting goods from one level to another in warehouses, commercial and other buildings.
